Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Our rapidly growing AI Marketing start-up company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 7 and developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for 20+ SaaS companies by leveraging our in-house AI models to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 7 digital marketing specialists to execute marketing strategies for 20+ SaaS companies
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various channels, including but not limited to PPC, email, social media, and content marketing
  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Plan and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, and webinars
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO
  • Manage and optimize website performance to ensure optimal user experience and maximum lead generation
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering to drive business growth and improve customer acquisition
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage them to achieve marketing goals
  • Work closely with our in-house AI models to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various channels
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with website optimization
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and content marketing strategies
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies
